Overview

Is there a God? Well, the secular approach will answer ‘no’, and it will consider this answer as scientific. But, year after year, the evidence that is uncovered shows more and more the weakness of the Theory of Evolution and points to the fact that there really is a Creator, a living God that has made the Universe. The complexity of our life can not be explained by natural processes, not even if we had ten times the amount of time postulated by the Theory of Evolution.

If you have reached the conclusion that God is real, then the next step is to understand what are his intentions with his creation. Because he created us, he has to have a purpose for us. As human beings, we create things for a purpose and we have all the interest to ensure that our work will reach that purpose. Moreover, God who created all things, must have precise goals for his creation and it is obvious that he has every right to establish the rules of our existence.

So, God must have revealed his will in a way that people can understand. This is absolutely clear. But how is it possible to find it and to be sure that it is the right one, while there are so many religions today that claim to have found the real god?

There are a few so-called ‘holy writings’ or ‘holy books’, which all claim to be true and call people to adjust their lives in order to fit with the written principles. Because they are so different, it means that they can’t all be true. Either only one is true, or all are false.
