Creation vs Evolution ♦ Big Bang

Not enough Antimatter

Antimatter concept was introduced before 1930 and was confirmed a few years later by the discovery of positrons (anti electrons). Since that time, other antiparticles have been found that look similar to their corresponding particles, but the charge is opposite. When one particle meets a corresponding antiparticle, both of them are destroyed and a high quantity of energy is released. When a collision happens between two photons of electromagnetic radiation (known as gamma rays), then the reverse process happens and a pair of particle and antiparticle is formed.

The production of matter is explained by the Big Bang model through this process of gamma rays collisions. But this implies that equal amounts of particles and antiparticles should have been formed and in this way matter and antimatter should be equally found in the universe. Instead of this, we see that our world is characterized generally by matter with only very small evidence of antimatter.

This is a problem for cosmology and a few explanations were brought into discussion. A concept of “theoretical asymmetry” between matter and antimatter seemed to solve the problem. By this asymmetry, it is said that in the early stages of our universe, there was more matter created than antimatter and the antimatter was destroyed colliding with the matter and all the matter we see today is the remaining surplus of the matter.

But is this what has really happened? Read the following articles and go deeper into this subject. You will realize that, while secular cosmologists struggle to explain why we see so little antimatter today, the Creation model has no problem with this.

It is the most common explanation for the origin of our Universe. But is it “science” or “science fiction”?

Fossils are like “photos” of a lost world. They can “speak” without words, but with strong evidence. Is it really for Evolution?

Our origins define not only our past, but also our present and our future. What do we have in common with apes? Do we have a common ancestor, or a common creator?

Biology and Chemistry have provided a lot of incredible findings in the past decades. Instead of supporting evolution, they prove an intelligent designer.

Since it was discovered in 1869, DNA has fascinated the scientific world and proves to be the best information storage system. There is no naturalistic mechanism to explain its existence.

Rock layers cover vast regions and form the Earth’s crust. While secular scientists are very confident that they were deposited during long geologic ages, a lot of evidence has been brought to support the contrary.

Math is defined as the science and study of quality, structure and space. It is one of the most powerful tools used in different domains, and it is proof of an intelligent designer!
